Services) (the 'website'), which is owned and operated by Focus Creative
Services, RR 2, Beaverton, ON L0K 1A0 and owned by Susan Dorling.
1.2 By accessing,
browsing, ordering, or participating on the website you agree to be
bound by the Terms of Use and to comply with all applicable rules and
regulations.
1.3 If you
place an order/deposit on the website we never see your
credit card details as we utilize the services of
PayPal where applicable.

You agree not to post or
transfer to the website (nor include in any message)
any material which is obscene, violent, derogatory to any
people and/or animals, misleading, inaccurate, defamatory,
illegal, in breach of any copyright or other intellectual
property right, or damaging to data, software or the
performance of our or any other parties computer system. You
agree to indemnify us in respect of any liabilities, losses,
expenses, or other costs whatsoever incurred as a result of
a breach of your obligation under this condition, including,
but not limited to, any claims made against us by any third

is owned by Focus Creative Services and may not be used on

to. We appreciate any and all referrals to our website, and
are continually seeking linking opportunities. However, it
is important that we know where our link will appear.

website, and we do not endorse or approve the content of
such third party web sites even when we approve our link
appearing.
