Focus on Animals ~ Network of Caring is a growing website designed to offer resources for disseminating information about animals in need through our website services, either free with our Telling Their Stories Through Websites Program, or at deeply discounted pricing.

But our main goal at Focus on Animals is to disseminate information about animals by creating a Network of Caring designed to:

 Y help find homes for animals in need

Y spread awareness about pets, farm animals, exotic animals, and wild animals in crisis situations here in North America and around the world

Y provide updates from World Wildlife Fund, Animals Asia, WSPA, Adopt-A-Dog-Save-A-Life, and other key organizations we support about the important work being done to help animals everywhere

Y provide information to help people live in harmony with local wildlife

Y provide updates about issues concerning local wildlife and habitat issues

Y create a library of helpful pet care articles

Y feature stories, quotations, and poems about animals contributed by our visitors

Y  showcase our visitors pets in a photo/bio gallery

Y  offer free web pages for animal sanctuaries and animal rescues

 Y give opportunities for you or your organization to contribute to our website with your articles, stories, and poems.

The Vision
My name is Susan Dorling. I live in the countryside of Southern Ontario with Gary, my life partner of 34 years, and a wonderful furry and feathered family of dogs, cats, budgies, and one feisty little lovebird, who all enrich my life everyday in countless amazing ways. I have been passionate about animals and their welfare since I was a child.

Focus on Animals has been born out of a vision that I could help animals through my work by creating websites to tell the stories of animals in need. A professional website gets the word out and lends credibility to your organization, and hopefully aids in finding that new special home where an animal will find a world of safety, comfort, and love for the rest of their lives. We are pleased to offer non-profit animal charities and animal welfare groups deeply discounted websites and website subscription packages designed to minimize the costs associated with finding supporters to volunteer their time, and patrons.
